Why wouldn't you try the iRacing Paint forum? There are some guys that take requests over there like Jim Brindle and David Pawlak. Worth a shot.

I want it for Impala SS Class A, and I'd like it to be Kyle Busch's 2011 Interstate All Battery Center car to be run at Daytona in July. I have attached a picture below for reference, thanks!

I could do it but it may be tough for me to distinguish all the smaller associate logos. Ask in the iracing members forum in the paintshop section, i'm sure someone will be willing to do it for you. In the mean time I will mess around with it and see what I can come up with at the same time.
