is there a Shangri-la/Tioga speedway track?

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a Shangri-la/Tioga speedway track availible or if someone has it in the works, I used to go there all the time back in the day(late 70's-80's) and 2 of my uncles raced street stocks there. I spent alot of time there as a kid. Thanks in advance

Sorry, but I don't believe that it was made for NR2003. I'd like to see it someday, though.
