It's official...I have ZERO respect for Denny Hamlin

I was beginning to become quite a Denny Hamlin fan, but after that intentional caution at Richmond and that bush league crap that he pulled in the NWide Series race tonight, I hope Junior wrecks him tomorrow. That was total bullcrap. The kid Keselowski had his number and probably could have won that race if not for that garbage.

I'm really ticked off, and to think I gave him the benefit of the doubt after Richmond.

What does everybody else think? I'm going to see what they all have to say here....

**EDIT** I just saw the FULL replay, and BK bumped the 20 before he took the fender off the car....why, I don't know....I understand that Hamlin could be grumpy about that, but no excuse. I stand by what I said. What Hamlin said about Keselowski's racing is garbage. Hamlin just showed his true colors in front of millions of people tonight.

yeah, listening to his post race now. what a BEEP. he doesnt like people hanging on his rear fender then driving him side by side into the corner? thats what nascar is about! i never liked him much before, now hes right up there with busch for me. Man i wish Sr. was still around to show these crybabies what racing is.

I know we had to agree to disagree after Richmond Goose, but now I see what you saw. Hamlin is bush league. He can get out of the car and be all "aw-shucks" fresh faced country boy all he wants, but now that we all know the truth....I'm not buying the act anymore.

he was saying all that crap aobut not having cup experience, well is he supposed to? it is the nationwide series. If you don't like the series stop racing there! I have never liked Hamlin ever since Martinsville last year, complaining that he's tired of people wlaking away with grandfather clocks, YOU'VE ONLY BE THERE 2 YEARS!
He's just really not a racer, it sounds like he doesn't like having other cars out there to race

Are some of you upset that Denny truely earned his way from Southern National Speedway, South Boston, and every other short track in NC and VA to become a dominant factor week end and week out? Yeah Yeah Yeah, Jr had to "earn" his way to stardom to right, is this because daddy wouldn't give him a ride, but Childress did instead? Then he goes to DEI, where daddy finally took care of him. What does Jr. have to show after what 8 years of racing? A couple of wins and....... Well, Denny only finished 3rd in his rookie year of cup, and well to be quite frank about it, thats about all Jr has really accomplished as well. Maybe some are mad that Denny and Kyle Busch are probably the future of NA$CAR. Like it or not, Sr is not here to set them straight, and I just don't think Jr has what it takes to do it either. Say what you want about Richmond, but didn't little boy Jr dump the clutch at Bristol a few years back to take advantage of the caution he caused???:no: I swear, I used to think Gordo Fans were bad, but now it seems like all of Jr's fans complain about other drivers. I think since the move to Hendrick, we have a new batch of "cry babies!!!" And looky there, all that said without the language some fans can't do without. Now if you will excuse me, I am going to get ready for what will hopefully be another JGR dominated race Sunday Night.

just to let you know, your gonna have JR Nation against you for that wich is over 50% of the Nascar fan population, so i'd watch what you say from now on cause you won't get very far. so i think you'd be the crybaby after you get your butt killed by over 10,00 people. plus, hamlin brought out the caution at richmond intentionally this year. kyle has been getting lucky. he was on the best team last year and won nothing. its the toyota crap. and this little gibbs streak? its not gonna last. we'll talk if they dominate for more than one year.

This has nothing to do with Junior. This has nothing to do with Kyle Busch. This has to do with Denny Hamlin. And he's a little weasel.

I didn't want this to become a flame-fest, because SRD is one of the few forums on the net where I can post knowing that all of the members will be polite with their responses. I just wanted to voice my opinion on something that happened in the race. Although I guess I could have said something less inflammatory....

Jr started driving for Childress? When was this? His BGN AC Delco car was DEI owned. Oh wait. That should read his 2 back to back BGN Championships were in the AC Delco car owned by DEI! The Oreo cars were a co-owned project between DEI and RCR. Jr has NEVER drove exclusively for RCR.

Sr. started out his kids with a late model ride... yes kids. Kerry, Dale Jr and yes Kelly. She drove as well. Jr showed the most talent for the wheel and was moved up. He HAS spent his time coming thru the ranks. Check your information, cause it seems to be flawed. :realmad:

Kyle Bush is worse than his brother ever dreamed about... Anyone remember when Jimmy Spencer popped Kurt in the nose for his on track antics? I cant wait for the day that Tony waves bye bye to gibbs. I liked Hamlin til his stunts tonight. Now... He is just one of the little punks trying to make a name for himself however he has to. Bad press is better than no press.

A racing incident, I can understand. But a deliberate wreck... I hope Nascar reacts swiftly and give him the max penalty.
