ABC says not serious buuuuut, TMD along with CNN and Fox say that although he walked away from the crash, he will need surgery for the face and hip and that he is in stable condition but serious condition according to the doctor who spoke on his behalf. SOOOOO with that, I'd say a little more serious.

Greg Biffle said on Sirius Speedway that he is serious but stable. He also said that it is not a life threatening injury.
