JGIR Problems

This is weird, because Joe Gibbs International Raceway was working fine for me for quite a while, and today, after downloading what i thought was an update, The AI Drivers have trouble, they blowup and stuff because they keep hitting the rev chip. And before when it worked, the car ran as if they were under a restrictor plate (running about 180 MPH), now they go up to 250 MPH +. could someone either mail me the most current update of JGIR, or give me advice on how to adjust what the AI's have for setups during the race,
