Wait, actually, the car I'm doing right now is Erik Darnell's Richmond Debut car. I will, however, do his Nashville car. And I'll still do Ragan's Bristol car.

Ugh...............I was ALMOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! done with the car---I mean ALMOST done and GIMP crashed on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well, at least I saved a .jpg of the base (yes, the one I used for the render flat.) Guess I'll have to add on to the render flat....................(stupid gimp..................)

There is a free download as this is an old version.

It is what I use.

I bought mine when it came out about 10 - 15 years ago. not sure when.

Paid about $100.

Takes a little learning but seems like most programs.

yeah, um i tried to install it and it said it was interrupted before the evaluation was complete and i didn't press a single button

Sometimes if gimp crashes even with saving often it will corrupt a file. I found this usually only happens for some odd reason if you make the window it runs in full size. Since I haven't opened the window, I haven't had a file corrupt. Now I just have to cross my fingers and hope that statement didn't just jinx me.......
