Lance McGrew returning as Jr.'s crew chief in 2010

I think it was a good move not to try to change them up. They would be doing pretty good if not for the crashes and mechanical woes. 2010 should be a bit better in my opinion.

Reason: they couldn't convince Johnson to give up Knaus...lol

Seriously though, even though Jr. and McGrew are struggling, this is a good move... you need time to develop chemistry... getting rid of McGrew would force Jr. to start all over again...

While the finishes haven't improved much, with all the bad luck of mechanical failures and getting wrapped up in other peoples messes, the way the cars have been running since Lance took over has me very optomistic about next season.
Now what they need to work on is getting Jr's Mojo back, once they have that, all the pieces are there for a strong run for the Cup next year.
