Lap cars at end of field

Is there a way to have lap cars at the end of the field on restarts through the entire race and not just the last ten laps of a race. I tried putting double file restarts off but that don't make them go to the end of the field. Is there a way to manually control them to put the cars at the end of the field like manually giving them a black flag or somthing? Reason being is every restart at Daytona or Talladega the slow damage lap down cars hold up the field and split up the pack all around the track.

i dont think there is a way to do that. i thinked its hard coded into the game.

It would have been nice if there was a way to make the lap cars start behind you. I hate it when they get in the way like that mainly at a superspeedway.
