Lap Times

I've been messing with some setups this week for the first time on this game and was just wondering on what kind of lap times I should be getting on Daytona, Talladega, Atlanta and Michigan.

I've only really been successful with Daytona by getting some 46's, if that's even good :twitcy: I also got some lower 38s at Michigan.


**EDIT** Forgot to mention this is on the COT/PWFGNS cars.

247mph at Watkins Glen.I guess the track would be too dangerous.

I don't worry about the times too much.Right now I only run offline.What I do is find a setup that's comfortable for me,get my ai lineup set with race ratings,then run a 10% race to set the ai strength.

From there do the race weekend thing.I've had very good results.

Not sure about the lap times compared with real life,but I enjoy the racing I get to do this way.

Yeah I race with bots too, but I also planned to do some league racing. And yeah, those times on that site are a bit um.. off,haha.

Racing bots is indeed fun though, just gets a little frustrating after awhile when they randomly break or check up. I need to spend some time tweaking the AI for better performances. Setups really don't really matter too much with bots since you can adjust the bots to your liking.
