Currently I am using the keyboard to play NR2003 and it's very sensitive and not fun. I was wondering if you guys would recommend that I get a controller for my laptop so that it feels better and less sensitive. I'm more of a console racer so I want the feel that it's a controller not a keyboard or wheel. Also, would you say that this particular controller is good for nr2003? http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Logitech+-+F310+Gamepad/1260591.p?skuId=1260591&id=1218243758834 thanks guys

I use my wired Xbox 360 controller to race NR2003, so if you have one that'd be the way to go.

If you can't afford a wheel at the moment get an xbox 360 wired controller. I used that for about 2 years and it is one of the better gamepads for racing since the pressure sensitive triggers work great for gas and break. However, a force feedback wheel is the best way to go. Look around on ebay for a cheap one. The Logitech Driving Force Pro I got a few weeks ago ended up being around 55 dollars after shipping and having to get a power supply straight from Logitech.

I absolutely agree with the above considering it helps you to drive better in the real world too.

Do you mean that you actually used the controller that I put in the link? If so was it good?

No my controller is a wired xbox 360 controller. My wheel is the Logitech Driving Force Pro. I do remember looking at the gamepad you've linked though and actually found one in Best Buy one day. I believe the 510 has vibration and might be a bit bigger. All I remember about the 310 is that it looked kinda small. Though if you are looking for a gamepad that would be good for racing, you could try this.

I almost got one before I got my wheel.

So I have a wireless 360 controller, do you think I should just get a wireless receiver and just connect the 360 controller to my laptop instead of take a chance on a gamepad?
