Whenever I start a race, for example if I qualify second-

18- K Busch
00- J Jordan
9- K Kahne

Kasey Kahne always starts after Kyle Busch, and the starting lineup is the same for all races. How can I fix that?

change the ratings of the drivers and alter their qualifying ability
