Logo Design Question

I'm wondering how I can something like this (NBA on ESPN logo)

To look how they have it below: I'd like to edit all the NBA team logos like it how they have with the glossy effect

This may be for another game (OOTP - Out of the Park Baseball) but Gern44 made templates and a tutorial for making glossy logos. You should be able to adapt this for your needs. I use PSPX2 myself and have converted the PSD files to Paint Shop Pro. If you want PSP versions, PM me with your email address.
