Looking for some logo ID help

[RP Motorsports]

Been trying to figure out what this decal is. I've searched far and wide over the last few days with no luck. I usually only post here for help as a last ditch effort so hopefully someone out there might know. My gut tells me its some kind of 'In Memory Of' tribute type deal, but I could be wrong. It just kinda has that look to me. Who knows though. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
