Whipped this up last night. The base scheme is one I have held on to for years. It's been a pain to find mods it fits on and looks good. I've done a pretty great deal of editing it through the years.

The logos are all from Google. The pit crew is a template I've had since the Bush administration. (I seriously have a huge folder full of painting resources that I have zero idea where they originated from through the years)

I'm not sure what you mean by the "Evolution of mods"? I have just returned to NR2K3 after a nearly 3 year hiatus.
