NR2003 Painting Tutorial
Thats the only one I ever saw on how to paint for NR2003, it really helped me, but nothing helps more than experience painting. Personally I found PSP9 the best of the PSP series, I havent tried X2, but I did try PSP7 thru PSPX and hated PSPX, the other 3 were great, 8 better than 7 and 9 better than 8.

those tutorials help, but it'll still be tough, don't give up, keep on painting and never stop experimenting, there's so many secrets in PSP. I've been painting for 3 years and I'm still finding better ways of doing things.
