Matte Finish

this may or may not be a dumb question, but is there any way to make a matte black finish in photoshop? i'm not sure if it'd be layering or what, or if even possible. thank you in advance for any answers.

I usually use #121212 or #111111 to get a "matte" black finish.

Depending on the shading on the template and the exact look you are going for use anything between about 10,10,10 and 45,45,45. You may have to play with the exact color a bit to get the look you are going for as the different accent colors on the car can make the black appear lighter/darker/glossier/flatter.
