Morgan Shepherd is back in Cup!!!

Morgan Shepherd will be racing the #52 this weekend at New Hampshire (only 43 cars entered), and will become the oldest driver to start a Cup race. I've always been a fan of Morgan, and while he likely won't finish above 40th (or somewhere around there), I'm still excited to see him back racing.

It would be cool to see a Racing for Jesus Camry! The entry list says "Support Military / Victory Weekend". I find it really odd that they picked Morgan to run the car. I wonder what that is about. But I'm super excited for Morgan to be making another cup start and becoming the oldest person to start one!

The real question is: does the team S&P? I didn't think K Motorsports or whatever it's called did S&P racing.

I'm not surprised they're not start and parking. I don't think they've ever gone into a race with the intention, it's just that their equipment fails every race and they don't make it to the end.

But those teams don't come out and say that they pl,an to do the whole race and they head to the garage before an issue happens. Brian's team has an issue on the track then heads to the garage which is what makes it so different.

You pretty much read my mind on that one. Only thing I could think of is maybe Morgan has a sponsor he brought with him so that could help? Though it looked like the 52 had it's normal sponsors on it.
