music base layer?

anyone seen a base layer that has the bars, musical notes, clefs, and such on it?

I'll look and see if I can find the CD it's on but I have the base for Rusty Wallace's Elvis car that someone made.It DOES have notes,bars,ect on it. It is for the regular Cup cars but, you should be able to tweek it to fit on just about anything.
