Okay, I /totally/ stole this from the NCAA and Duke_Toaster
But here' s how it'd work
Each region (West Coast, Midwest, Northwest, Northeast, East Coast, Southeast, South, Southwest) would have its own league, with the winner(s) of that league advancing to a playoff system
So for instance if Driver A won the west coast, it'd go
West Coast -> Western Regional Playoffs -> National Playoffs -> Title Playoffs
Also, each area (e.g. state or city area, for instance California would be split up into two or three areas, e.g. LA being one, SF being another) would only be allowed to field one car/team combination, there woul be no rule about team orders.
The races would be 75 mile sprints, two per meeting, with the grid reversed after the first race, yellow laps wouldn't count.
The series would run on dirt and paved tracks in each area, the cars would be ARCA spec, modified to run dirt
