NASCAR Dirt to Daytona... the carset(s).

Well, I'm starting a NDTD carset for NR2003. We're starting off with the Weekly Racing Series. These cars will be converted from the dirt cars to Bullring COT's. I got 1 person from NNR who's willing to help. I might need some people who are willing top make logos, numbers, ect. Not sure though. All the cars use fictional sponsors, so yeah...

The 20 drivers from the Weekly Racing Series will be done, but the first number from each "car" number will be dropped. So instead of Ainsley Campbell being #482, he'll just be #82. (This is the only car done at the moment.) You can also choose what model to make the car on (Chevy, Toyota, Ford, Dodge) Ainsley is a Toyota.

I'll keep you all updated on the status on this. If anyone is willing to help, reply, or PM me.

NOTE: If the WRS Carset is a success, then we might do a Featherlite Modified Series set from the game. And the Truck set, and eventually the Cup set. A drivers list will be posted soon. Most likely tomorrow.

Also, I'll be able to provide pictures for everyone. You just have to ask. And when it comes to associate sponsors, you can choose your own, since you can't even tell what they are in the pictures.

i think the kato car needs a Game Informer alt. as at the time (idk if he still is) Mattew kato was an editer at game informer and is a huge nascar fan. so they added his name in to the game.

Dan I think this is an awesome idea. But why are you going to paint them on COT's? I think it would be cooler if you put the Dodge Weekly Racing Series on Aero88's since the bodies almost match. Then the Featherlite Modifieds on the modified mod (i forgot whats its called) but yeah. Even if you don't happen to do that I still think it's a great idea.

Not only that, I'm pretty sure I remember the player had the opportunity to hire him as a crew member when you reached the Cup series.

Okay, so I'm starting work on my 5 cars as we speak. My brother is on the playstation right now so I cant get photos until tonght, or tomorrow. But I'll keep you updated.
