NASCAR Heat Issue

I've installed NASCAR Heat, does it for real only installs a data (221mb) folder and reads the rest fof the disc?

However, my problem is when I wanna race the track textures are flickering and flashing all over the screen, but also the menu for the controls is being empty...everything else is fine.

I have set the GFX to maximum.

Latest Patch is installed, but no change!

I've had this issue before as well. I would personally suggest going to themodsquad.info because they are the biggest NASCAR Heat community.
Personally I don't remember how I fixed it.
