Looks more like a video card problem than a game problem. Did you update vid card drivers recently? Also, judging from how long it takes to load the track, you must have a pretty outdated computer.

I've tried offering help as has others. If you are looking to download the game, forget about it. Sounds like you need more help than just with the game though. Buy a hard copy just like everybody else.
