?? There won't be any schedule changes until 2020, if there are any. Tracks have contracts.

I meant shuffling the order a little! Same tracks in the same spot on the calendar. Maybe a new playoff track or 2 would create a little buzz

"Damnit guys, Jimmie just keeps winning no matter what we throw at him!"
"We could try a full season again and get rid of the Chase...."
"EXCUSE ME? WHY DO YOU TALK OF SUCH BLASPHEMY?"
"Because he didn't win the championship in a full season format!"
"Oh...... Guys, we found our solution!"

Because NASCAR is known for making changes literally all of the time, so naturally, people are upset that they actually didn't make a change as expected...

    *wins it anyway* :p

I say they just race at Daytona and Talladega all year. Fans want crashes and close racing! Fuckin' hell we're going to give it to them!

But it's more rules that Nascar does a lot of changing to, they change the schedule very little if at all almost every year

I think a lot of people who complain about the schedule and want a lot of changes always forget about how the weather plays a huge role in where NASCAR goes. And on top of that, there are only a few tracks that can fit a decent amount of people in the areas that have good weather at that point of the year.

It's not easy to come up with a schedule that works consistently. NASCAR has it and only makes changes that can logistically work. Not just cause the fans want them to go to some random short track/road course in some state.

With that in mind and a look on what was happening at martinsville, why do they push the start of the 2019 season 1 week earlier than this year?

The 2019 Daytona 500 is on the 17th, this year was on the 18th.

It's the same exact week. Richmond was the race that got moved up a week. Other than that it is the exact same.
