neebie needs help

I am new to 2003 pap racing, been racing nascar thunder 2004 online for 5 years.Just bought Season 2003 a week ago, how do i insert different cars paint jobs into game so i can use them on the track.I need a step by step helping hand. Also why are their alot of cars with basic paint no decals in this game? Is there something i need to download to see the different paint jobs? Thanks KKBud9 I CAN'T GET TO FILE FOR 2003 SEASON GAME, ONLY OPENS READ ME, AND SET-UP,AND SOME OTHER AREA?????
