Need Help on NR2003 Painting

I don't know if what I am trying to achieve is possible, but hopefully someone can let me know! I was curious if you can import a Paintscheme and have a decal placed on top of the Transparent parts of a car, For example, Bill Elliotts Coors Light Car where it lays on tops of the rear side window, Is this possible in NR2003 to place a decal on the transparent windshield/Window?? Any help would be appreciated, Please and Thanks.

Unfortunately not. Plus a decal like that would be dangerous and inconvenient, but I do love fig newtons.

It would be inconvenient and Dangerous on the windshield Yes, Especially in the direct vision of the driver, but I was curious for the Window behind the B-Pillar right over the top of the Rear Wheel Well, but it seems its Impossible to Put any decal on any transparent part to the car, So thanks again for that.

Yes, Exactly like the Aarons Car there, is that possible on the BRgen6 Mod perhaps? I was doing some research and realized the Cup90 mod has the ability to do that, but the Back window there is actually a part of the Template and not a legitimate Transparent Window.
