Need help

Ok so here is the issue. I wanted to uninstall nr2003 because I wanted to take all of the cars out of the game (don't ask me why, I just had to many). Anyways, every time I tried to uninstall it the game came back up the next time saying 'play uninstall quit'. So I tried uninstalling it a few times. Still said the same thing. So now when I try and play nr2003 it says 'The application failed to start because the binkw32.dll was not found. Try re-installing the program.' So I am kinda lost here. Help please. :arghh:

Did you use the Window's Add/Remove program?

If it doesn't work, just delete the Papyrus folder.
