Need Huge Help Big Time with this.

I know there is probably little to no people on here that play NT2004 or NSR but I would like to update this game by converting the COTs from the RFactor NSS 2010 Mod over to NSR & NT2004 but I have absolutely little to no experience of doing this sort of thing. So I am just wondering if anyone knows how to do this sort of thing or even if anyone is willing to help, I would really apreciate the help because I need a whole lot of help in doing this. Step 1: Get permission from the original mod creators so that you can do this.

Does NASCAR Thunder 2004 even allow modding to be possible? And why would you need to make a COT mod for NASCAR SimRacing if there already is one?

The NT2004 Game does allow modding, and the reason why I am asking for this is beause the current COT mod is based off of the prototypes of the COTs and they're has not really been any updates since and I feel that there needs to be an update.

You must have no idea how much work goes into basically creating a new mod. Because that's what's going to have to be done pretty much. Thats asking someone / a team of people to put months into a project.

I know that it is going to be a tough & hard thing to do, but I am still determined to do this and make sure that there is an update.
