New Mod Question, wondering if possible or if anyone could help.

Through the boring days of school sometimes randomly sketch models of racecars, well couple days ago I doodled one and really liked it, yet I can't find it in my notebook. I will edit the thread later with some pics from MS Paint I made to show it.

Description
Looks just like the Original Cup mod and the PWF GNS.
The catch is that the back part where the trunk is taken off, so the rear end and bumper come up and join where the curve of the rear windshield is.
Next all the sides of where the windows are at are removed along with the roof
These here show what im talking about of removing parts.

If I could help anyone or if someone could help me or do it I will extremely appreciate it!

LOL You're trying to make it a convertible?

Unfortunately that wouldn't work due to the damage model, and the driver would have a "force field" whenever the car is about to land on it's top.

I wasn't saying anything bad about it, but the idea would seem a better fit when the 1955 Mod is finally released.

No offense or anything, but I dont think anyone is going to put forth all the work, time, and effort that goes into making a mod for something that probably not many would play just because it would be funny. Not bashing your ideas or anything but its a pretty big project to make a mod and I just dont see anyone undertaking that kind of project for what you've got there.

Well, there is nothing wrong with creativity Pepsi but the idea seems a little far fetched. Ideas are the best way to come up with the best ideas but not all work out. Keep at it though and possibly you might come up with the best idea for the game.

this mod was done sometime ago and it was floating around...

i used to have it here, but i need to make a search in my cds... :swoon:

A modern version of the old Convertible series would be kinda cool.

But yeah like the others said, probaly not gonna happen unless you learn to make them yourself .

Also instead of the Impala for the Chevy, I'd go with the Malibu or something so it fits in more with the other classes of cars you have listed.

It's interesting, but I agree with the others, it is a little far-fetched.

People aren't going to take time to make a completely fictional series with it's body.

Everyone is busy making updates of the current real cars (spoilers, Nationwide COTs, etc.) and there are still retro mods that are yet to be made (50s mod).

I, for one am interested in seeing a late 90s mod, since it's my favourite era and the car bodies are different from the Cup 90 mod and the default cars. I'm also interested in the aforementioned 1955 mod as well.

So, cool idea, but there are much more rational ideas for mods.
