nnc b3 mod help

I tried downloading the nnc b3 mod here since ss.net didnt work and the download is a html document. i click on the link and it takes me to this website and has a message that says I am downloading stuff too quickly. Am I doing something wrong?

Hmm, what browser do you use? And what program do you use to download files?

My browser is MSN. And the program I use to download files is the MSN downloads.

That's a first. Did you ever get the problem resolved?

Try using something other than MSN to download files. Windows comes with a program to unzip files, try it. Or try WINRAR etc... there are a ton of programs to open zip and rar files.
