I can't log in!

It says that the "account could not be found", but when I try to register using a diffrent username, it says that I can't make a new one because of the IP address that my laptop uses!

Can someone find out please?????

Why would you need to login, you can download stuff without being logged in.....

I don't just download stuff. I upload things too, and I post messages on the forum.


*EDIT* Contacted the admin, but I dont think he has replyed.
