I thought I had seen a while back something u could change in the .ini files to make 03 run as if it was design to run on high speed internet? Does anyone know where this would be located or if u can still do this? It makes side by side racing a lot better without warp issues..

There are two steps:

1) Go into your core.ini and set "net_use_mdm_bandwidth_for_tcp_ip" to 0. That prevents your PC from trying to conserve bandwith by eliminating more distant drivers. This is especially useful for replay recording.

2) If you are the host, you can limit the maximum latency that other drivers can be allowed to enter with. Of course, that means that less people will be able to connect to the server, but it will have less lag.

I could have sworn that there is a 3rd step/option, but I don't remember it at the moment.
