Pretty interesting AI settings, we ran it a couple races on daytona_br (quite tweaked also) in multiplayer and it seemed to work pretty good!
I like how loose the AI runs, feels much less artificial. Seemed to maintain reasonably good bunching as the race progressed too. I was expecting problems but I haven't seen any.
What will happen if I use my regular rated cars that I rated with NRatings MasGrafx Formula? Also I normally run all tracks at 97%, how will I need to adjust the AI?
Yeah, you can run with this formula. I was testing NRatings, and what i noticed was the cars are very sparse one another, in 40 laps, the last car of the pack was -2 laps, this happens because in my papy.ini, all the options SPREAD were removed.
So why? - Because removing all the spread options, i give more reality to the pack, but for this, i have to change the ratings in the opponent manager.
Removing the spreads and ajust the ratings, i can make 3 packs, the good teams, middle teams and the start n park teams.
I can also edit more precisely the behaviour of the drivers, so, when you race with my A.I. Ratings, you will see for example, K.Bush dominating Bristol.
Because all the spread options in papy.ini are turn off, you will note more precisely the behaviour of all drivers.

I ran a race at the rock and it turned out alright. You could tell the different tiers of cars. I think I might tinker with that just a bit. Overall I am liking this ai setup. I did run some laps with cars rated with Nratings and it did alright as well. The cars didn't spread out like they would after a bit.
