NR2003 closes on startup

OK so this just recently happened, basically when i click the nr2003 icon normally it would load, but i click on the icon and it flashes the box you get before it fully goes into the game and then closes.

I guess this is gonna be a case of having to re-install.

But before this happened i installed the "whelen" mod, so i deleted this and a bunch of other stuff such as un-wanted tracks but i still have the same problem.

Just wanted to know if there was a solution before actually going to re-install.

I'd re run the config before i try anything else.
