NR2003 Crashing on new Windows 7 Install

And yes, I read the stickied posts

This type of crashing is unusual because it's not when I click drive on the race screen, it just happens randomly during multiplayer races. I'm really lost because I've tried:

• The No-CD patch in the stickied thread
• A No-CD patch provided by my league
• The game CD
• Running in compatibility mode and as admin
• NOT running in compatibility mode and as
• Adding an exception to NR2003 under UAC/DEP
• Running under Windows 8 which didn't work so I dual booted Windows 7 and it still didn't work
• Setting affinity in Task Manager to 2 CPUs instead of all
• Turning max sounds played to 8
• Turning off menu animations

And like I said before, I can't predict when it will happen — it has a mind if its own. Someone said that it may have been a graphics driver issue, but I don't know if that's true or how to continue from there.

Specs:

• AMD A6 APU (Quad-core)
• Windows 7 SP1
• 8 GB RAM
• Anything else that you need to know just go ahead and ask me
