NR2003 FPS Issue

Hey all. I have no problems running NR2003 with full graphics with getting 60-90 FPS. But this morning, I boot up the game, and something is wrong.
I was using DMRNNS13 at Daytona Night, and I would usually get awesome frame rates with full field and all. Now it is dipping in the 20-30 FPS, then shooting back up to normal, and kind of going a little crazy. It's not consistent.
I scanned my computer for viruses which caused one virus caused it last time, but there is no virus now. Never had a problem except that one time. But once I got the virus removed, NR2003 ran fast. Now it is doing the same thing.

Would be happy to give specs if someone tells me how.

Give it a sec! It's literally doing a thousand things at once!
It's not going to kill you to deal with 20 fps, I race with that most of the time!

A virus wouldn't affect your frames, this mod has big detail so its a beefy mod

Nevermind guys. Thanks for all the suggestions, and I am kind of a little embarrassed saying this, but it was because my computer had a low battery.
When my laptop has a low battery, it's performance drops drastically.
All is good now, running a good 80-100 FPS with DMRNNS13 at Daytona Night.

....yeah most people forget that battery life affects performance...
Not to mention that a lot of people don't realize that there are power/performance settings for the PC as well (I don't know how many people I run into that have a desktop set to 'Balanced' instead of 'High Performance'...)
