NR2003 Installation Issues

So I was reinstalling NR2003 today because I wiped my HD, and I keep getting stuck at 26% on the objs.dat, and it says data2.cab or whatever is. Has anyone had this issue? Sucks because I really wanna get it going to test out my graphics tongith.

I've never had that problem. It is possible that data2.cab may be missing.

Dirty? Scratched? Clean it anyways either yourself or professionally. If that does nothing then you're toast.
