Nr2003 legends mod?

I was wondering if there was a legends mod made for nr2003? If there isn't maybe we could work on one? It could possibly use whelen series physics and we could just work on a car model and damage.

It can use Cup, Busch, Truck or PTA physics like every other legal mod out there including the SIModified mod.

You're probably thinking of the grip-edited tracks that are desgined to better simulate how the Whelen modifieds run.
