    I recently downloaded the JGTC mod and on a whim I wanted to see how they would do at a track like Waterford. On all the short tracks I've tried right now, Waterford is the only track that the cars go nearly full throttle the entire way through. ~10 second lap times. I've checked the grip and slipcurve. I don't know what's specifically making them act like that, but it sure is good fun to watch!

    Well for one thing the JGTC mod is pta so they never get up to full speed on short tracks

    Had some file corruption issues recently, went to work on fixing everything, and while I was at it, improving what I had. Finally got the AI right where I'd like it. Spent a few hours tuning my controls as well (had the sensitivity WAY too high). Now I can race in a group without having issues, and make moves with a lot more confidence. Also, Kansas is a lot more entertaining with properly tuned AI and controls lol

    Talking about the track. I'm making a more accurate version of Daytona basing it on the mid 2000s when there was tire fall off which meant you needed a car that was fast and a car that could handle. Been working on this on and off for a couple months.

    Oh ok. I was wondering if the cars were the newer 2003-05 mod. Been looking for cars using that mod during the 2006 and 2007 years. Look forward to the Daytona track.

    I figured out how to make the indycar ai behave and race fairly close to real life. Maybe one day i can talk to the track creators if i can make some edits
