If it's the same one that Christopher Thoms did (and was the one that used to be at Blackhole Motorsports) then it includes:
Darker Interior Texture.
New Track Groove Texture (High & Medium Resolutions).
New Ingame Menu & Logos (as seen in post #3 Here).
New Sun Glare.
Realistic Reflections.
Smooth Skidmarks.

The original also came with complete 'Read mes' for each update.

No. It's from the defunct Blackhole Motorsports so it's been around for years.

Couldn't say as I'm using others but I would guess that it would overwrite whatever is existing.

One thing I should point out here...each one of these updates is separate from the others so you can pick & choose which ones do/don't want. At least, that's how they are in my original version.

Since this was the only updated track groove texture out there this is the one i've been using for the last few years and have not regretted it.
