Try recording at a slower speed to get better shots and improve frametime, then in vegas or whatever you use, just speed it up.

The frame rate really takes away from the video, like Austin said slow it down in-game and then speed it up in the recording studio.

Also it'd probably be more awesome if you voiced what is stated on the "cue cards" rather than showing random, neon-colored pictures that totally don't match the video.
