NR2003 with Integrated graphics - 30fps, GPU - only 5 fps! HELP!

hey guys, i have a weird problem.
I cant properly run NR2003 with my GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M...
I have windows 8.1, and when I try to run config.exe it just crashes, i could run it only once after i installed the game, but i could only choose OpenGL, because if i tried to benchmark with Direct3D it would also crash...

I can run game with integrated graphics but it's not smooth, fps drops to 14-15 sometimes and overall game doesn't look nice as it would if i run it win GPU... but... when I run the game with my GPU it gets ridiculously laggy, like max 5fps, totally unplayable.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? because it's quite a paradox that i can play Project CARS on the highest graphics but 2003's game lags as hell

thanks. I've tried most of the possible solutions but none of them worked... I also tried to change settings in Nvidia control panel but also nothing...

Let the config.exe use the integrated graphics. Then do all the graphic tweaks to get the game as best as it will run. After that set the NVidia
control panel to run the game on your NVidia graphics card. Get the game to run its best frame rate. That will be your base.

Now you just have to find the best NVidia driver for your system combo the latest is not always the best. But since you have a base to
judge you will know if you are getting better or worse.
NVidia Inspector will be helpful
and if you install NVidia GeForce experience do not let it install the NVidia sound drivers they cause some conflicts with sound cards
from time to time.

The issue is the games trouble with switchable graphics.
