Its actually a update to NR2003 there also is NR2007 there was supposed to be an NR2010

Besides, they took everyone elses work and slapped it together. (I.E. CTS Mod, PWF GNS, Default Cup)


And for the exe,it's modified with alot of different menus and shiz.:emoticon-sign:

Just so you know, the menus can be modified legally in NR2k3 too [i.e. WITHOUT touching the .exe], all of the menu placements and textures are in the font and layout folders. The latter is easy to deal with (flat mips, etc.), the former . . . . not so much.
