hey everybody I was trying to download the NR2003 Addition Driver ratings from http://nr2003ini.cjb.net/ it says to put the file in your Custom Formulas folder. i've looked under my c drive program files, and didn't see the NRatings file under there. I was just wondering where the NRatings Custom Formulas folder is located?
