Hey all, I'm stuck here with NRCamHack. I don't know how to use it and the readme file isn't great for help so I was wondering if anyone here could point me in the right direction on what it does and how to use it? Thanks

The useage is for changing car camera views.

If you're looking to modify the driving view, GPL_CarCam_File_Editor is probably easier since there is a tutorial Modify a Driving View Camera @NRTracks.

I had GPL CarCam before I wiped my PC but now when I save a .cam file it doesn't show up in the series folder when I look for it in CarCam or has a lock icon beside it which I don't know how to fix. :/

GPL Car Cam editor is nice but doesn't allow for the changing of close and far chase camera views. So if you are needing to change those views camhack is the way to go.

what kind of issues are you having with it? The readme that came with the program made sense to me. Been using that tool for quite awhile. All you do is map the keyboard / mouse keys to the program in the options then activate it when you are in race mode. Once in a race mode you can move any of the different cameras views of your car to anything you want. You can make some pretty crazy views too like a helicopter view while racing or just fine tune a few views as well.

After you've made a view you like you save it as a preset and anytime you race you can toggle that preset on.
