I just want to know if anything in the video's look's off that might cause a misfire. I was thinking maybe i might have to change lmi gasket.

Those year pontiacs have issues with ignition control modules on 2.2l and 3.8l engines. and would cause random misfires like your seeing. Could also be the coil pack as cylders 1 and 3 should be on the same firing pattern.

The car doesn't seem like it's misfiring, has lot's of power and don't cut out but it's real annoying having the engine light come on all the time.

A compression check may be in order, an intake manifold leak could cause this
another thought< did you go back with oem plugs or something different?

I would have the ignition control module checked, Its the first thing I always replace on late 90's GMs.

ya, i changed the coils and ignition control from my parts car and the codes keep coming back and if i put the coils and ignition control back on my parts car the codes don't come on.

ya i bought new oem plugs, and that's probably my next step is to do a compression test, i have a tester at work.

They are a common failure part, those codes are highly likely this is the issue.

**** I just reread your post, let me look up some TCBs on the car and I will post back.
