Yes I do have Gimp 2.6.7 (I think it is .7..)

Never going to PDN. I'm used to 100% GIMP.

Your call

I have a few program on the systems just to open file and then save in the format that I need them in

i am pretty sure it will. But not 100%. I have every freaking program out there i think. Try them all i think.

My favorite is PSP Photo X2. Then Photoshop CS3 and lastly Paint.net.

Have a trial of Illustrator CS3. Its ok, seems like Photoshop still trying to figure out what the major differences are.
