Opponent manager pauses

Hey guys I dont know if its just my game or not, but is there anything out there to fix the pauses that happen in the opponent manager. It jus randomly pauses alot, sometimes for a second and sometimes for a few seconds, and it sure does get annoying. I've done some searching and havnt seen anything so i was just wondering if theres anything out there that fixes this.

It may be due to the amount of cars you have in your car folder. That's all.
