Paint.Net Plugin

I used to have PDN, and it worked fine with the plugin I had. Then my laptop crashed and I had to reset it, re-install PDN. I could never find the plugin. All the ones I downloaded did not work. Long story short, does anyone have one they know works? Like they can email it to me or whatever? Please and thank you.

If it matters, I use the version 3.5.4
