I have a question for you guys. I have been trying to make a car for a long time. I just cant get parts of my paint to line up with the fenders from the hood. I have a car viewer but I cant get it to work right. Any tips guys. I am sick and tired of saving my car and viewing it the game. By the way i am useing lurn2burn templates.

Its all about the car viewer. Thats the best way to do it. Theres no way in hell you'll get it to look right by just trying to wing it on the template. You gotta do a little trial and error and get an idea of how and where things line up. It may take some time and practice if you're new to painting, but if you want it to look good, thats what you have to do. Its all about practice and sticking with it.

You might also try turning on the wireframe layer (assuming that there is one). It might look a little daunting at first but if you take your time and study it all of those lines will tell you where things meet up on the template.

Do like like PlateRacer said...there's no easy, single-button solution. CarViewer/ZMod are the best tools there are for getting things to align correctly. It's what we all do.

I need some help with z mod. How do I import cars i painted in to z mod? I am using gimp if that helps.
