can some one tell me what i need to paint these cars? interested in gettn started to design some of these. appreciate any imput.

Maybe he wants to get a head start on them? If I was him I'd get the templates that aren't released yet and have at them.

You need a program like Gimp, Photoshop, or Corel Paint Shop Pro

...same as every other template for the game: photoshop, psp... and so on

I will say the majority of issues you may have in the future of painting, would be taken cared of by using Adobe Photoshop. Despite the claims, nothing compares to it.
